SSTV Net - Held every Thursday night on the 70cm repeater, VK7RJG and linked to the South via repeater VK7RAF. Conducted from 7.30pm till about 9.30pm, at the moment. These SSTV images are available under ‘Blogs’.
End of Year Social Evening
Midyear Social Evening - This will be in place of the usual “Club Technical night”. The venue To Be Announced. 6:00 for 6:30pm meal.

Plan for about 2 hour visit
½hr radio, ½hr internet, ½hr outdoor radio foxhunt, also Skype, and JOTI TV ( possibly electronic kits)
Badges still $2 -cash, group cheque or direct deposit
Also available, make a morse code trainer, $20 each with limit of 2 per group. No soldering required.
If you have more than 10 attending, please book more time slots as appropriate

Tassie Ham Radio Conference & Expo
On behalf of the Radio and Electronics Association of Southern Tasmania Inc (REAST) we’d like to invite you to the newest and most exciting event on the Amateur Radio calendar – the Tassie Ham Radio Conference & Expo to be held in Hobart at the University of Tasmania, Sandy Bay Campus in a spacious and contemporary venue – The Stanley Burbury Lecture Theatre. Plenty of free car parking will be available directly outside the venue for those willing to travel.
A short 20 minute trip from the airport, flights into Hobart run from all major capital cities and direct to Auckland, NZ, so our ZL buddies across the ditch, why not come over for a weekend of fun and socialization!
